As a family with pets, our search for a suitable residence in the city was never an easy task. We needed a place that could cater to our transportation needs while providing ample space for our beloved furry companions. He genuinely listened to our concerns and took them seriously when showing us potential flats. His response time was commendable, and he always promptly relayed our messages to the landlord, which greatly facilitated our decision-making process. Shirley has been very available throughout the procedure; no matter viewing or Whatsapp at any time (day and evening) during several weeks to answer our questions, and get good deal for my home. She fought for us to get the keys earlier than the expected entry date to facilitate our moving out, and she managed to get HKD 2,000 cleaning fees for us from the landlord. She also helped us to handle the utility bills, which significantly saved our time. I thank Shirley for her time, availability and kindness. It has been a pleasure dealing with such a nice person.
